One of the nicest things about Oracle Forms was its simple to use WYSIWYG editor for placing GUI elements (fields, buttons, comboboxes, radio buttons, etc). I've watched several of the tutorials and it appears Formspider does not use a WYSIWYG editor. Instead, GUI elements are created using a markup language.

Are there any plans to incorporate a WYSIWYG editor with the usual drag and drop capabilities?

Yes J, there is. We are actually working on it right now. It will be ready this summer. I personally think WYSIWYG editors are overrated especially in web era where XY is not the dominant layout. However, virtually every user we talked to asked for it. So who am I to argue? :-)
